- Build competitive digital business models.
You'll explore key trends such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and customer experience automation.

There are two specialisation courses for Digital Transformation:
- Digital Transformation examines the forces driving disruption, how organisations respond, and the impacts disruption can create. The course covers business models and ecosystems, including how companies commercialise new ideas. Finally, it looks at strategy, goal setting, and the organisational structures that enable digital transformation, recognising it as an evolutionary process.
- Digital Design and Disruption explores the dynamics of disruption, distinguishing between slow and fast forms and identifying when and where disruption may arise.
