In the first year you will have help from the University to find a placement, whilst developing your expertise. You will then spend your second year out in industry on placement, getting the chance to work with industry professionals and grow your network of industry contacts. Bringing your university-acquired knowledge and insights to industry, you will get to make a difference to the workplace and make lasting links with your employer.

Students need to find and secure their own placement, supported by the University. A preparation module will also help you to get ready for your placement.

Learning Structure

Teaching

• This course is taught by Chester Business School and the Faculty of Health and Social Care.
• Use a range of teaching methods, including lectures, seminars, practical workshops and tutorials.

Assessment

• The course is assessed through a mixture of project work, written assignments, presentations and a research report.

Entry Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in any related discipline with CGPA 2.75 or 60% of marks (or above) from recognised institution.

  CGPA 2.50 is acceptable of the following universities:

  3. Independent University Bangladesh (IUB)
  4. American International University Bangladesh (AIUB)
  5. Asian University for Women (AUW)
  6. Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP)
• A 2:2 or above honours degree in any related discipline.
• Suitable work experience is required.
